  • When Is The Best Time To Sell My Home?

One of the best times to sell your home is when you are seriously ready to move on to the future you have your heart set on. However, traditionally, and seasonally, spring and summer are financially better times to sell a house. If you plan on buying another house, decide to rent, or move to another state, there are things to consider. Especially if you are relocating because of new employment, the cost of living and any other financial calculations needs to be looked at, so you get the best deal possible and can handle any situations that arise.

  • Is 2023 A Good Year To Sell?

In the new year, it may be beneficial to sell given the inventory shortage in the housing market. Here, sellers have the upper hand because buyers need houses in this competitive market. Interest rates are rising even higher and if they keep rising, selling your house sooner rather than later will be a benefit.

  • Where Do You Buy Houses?

We buy houses in Ohio, but we like to do business in Columbus and the surrounding areas.

  • What Is Your Process?

After being informed of the seller's address, our simple four-step process begins. We will initiate research on local home sales in that area. We then schedule an inspection of the seller's home which will decide what kind of repairs it may need, if any. We also decide if we will fix up the house and rent it out to qualified tenants, or flip the house and sell it. Our preferred option is to rent out the property, but it depends on whether the house will be financially viable for the location.

The third step is to schedule a meeting with the seller to go over the results of what was found, and the last step is to make an offer. We come up with the highest offer we can after all issues are accounted for. If the seller doesn’t want to accept the cash offer because they don’t think it’s enough, we will offer other options for payment.

  • How Much Will I Get For My Home?

How much you will be paid for your home depends on a few factors. We look at your location, compare your home with others like it in the same area, and how they were sold for. The condition of your home is also an important factor. We will schedule a time to see it, and practice safety and social distancing. We will make sure you stay safe as we look over your property. We will go over everything with our team and then sit down with you to go over our offer. We will then see if we can do business. Contact us today! We will buy your house!

  • Do You Buy Any Kind Of Home?

Single-family homes are our favorite, but we will buy anything between that and up to large complexes.

Currently, we do not buy mobile homes, camper trailers, or RVs.

  • What If My Home Needs A Lot Of Repairs, Will You Still Buy It?

Yes. We will invest in your property even if the home needs a lot of work. That is what we do.

  • Will I Have To Wait A Long Time To Get My Money?

No, our typical deal goes through and closes between 5 to 15 days.

  • What If I Have Other Issues With My Home?

Whatever the issues are, we can discuss them with you and come up with a solution that is beneficial to your circumstances.

  • Why Should I Choose Adam Buys Houses Ohio?

There are many benefits to choosing us to sell your home to. If you need quick cash, you are not financially able to fix the repairs needed, or you just don’t have the time for repairs, we will buy it. Also, you won’t have to pay us any closing or appraisal fees which typically could cost you anywhere from $10,000 to $20,000 if you went through a realtor. Additionally, you won’t have numerous people walking all over your property and all through your home. We will only walk through it once.

  • What Are The Benefits Of Accepting Cash For My Home?

There may be just as many benefits of accepting a cash deal as there are reasons someone might sell.
